Custom and personalized orders

We accept customized orders depending on your request. If you need an individual order, just message us and we will discuss the details and the possibility of its' execution.

Processing and delivery

Information about production time and delivery time is specified under each product.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Packaging

Our products are packed in a personalised box with a print. Inside the box, the product is highly protected from damage

Damage and loss of the parcel

We always ship parcels with a tracking number.

If the parcel is lost, first try to contact the delivery service.

If the product was damaged during delivery, please provide us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

In both cases, we will send a replacement product.

Care instructions

Our products do not require specific care. You only need to remove dust from the product, use a static brush.
We do not advise use of strong chemicals or any strong cleaning solutions and products on our products - this could lead to damage of paint.
